I encourage you to give it a try; you won't regret it!
Five years ago, I was looking for Tai Chi lessons, and by chance I met Hanneke and her Yang Tai Chi style.
I just can’t meditate in a static posture and Kin San Tai Chi is also, for me, a kind of meditation in movement.
If the ‘rising and sitting’ postures of this style surprised me at the beginning, I quickly understood and felt the benefit of it for my balance and I practice every morning now, as a ‘gentle’ start for my day.
Hanneke shares her experience and her knowledge with extreme patience, kindness and humility. That creates a serene ambiance in the class (no performance nor competition here), allowing the students to feel the energy all around, such a precious time for yourself nowadays.
Kin San Tai Chi is, for me, a way to calm down, to relax, to reconnect to myself and to take care of my body and my mind. So I encourage you to give it a try, you won't regret it, and will rapidly enjoy it ! - Pascal, age 63 -
